Aliz Hotel Times Square

From the moment I arrived, this hotel impressed me on every level. The location couldn’t be better — conveniently close to main attractions, restaurants, and transport, yet perfectly peaceful for a relaxing stay. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. Every detail, from the elegant décor to the comfortable seating area, reflected a high standard of care and quality. The beds were incredibly cozy, with fresh linens and pillows that guaranteed a perfect night’s sleep. What stood out most was the cleanliness throughout the property — everything was immaculate, from the lobby to the bathrooms. The housekeeping staff deserves special recognition for maintaining such high standards. The facilities were equally impressive: a well-equipped fitness center, relaxing spa, inviting pool area, and excellent dining options offering delicious meals and attentive service. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable everywhere on the property. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had an outstanding experience.

Perfect location in Times Square. Good access to uptown and downtown on foot and 2 min walk from subway. Room was compact but clean and comfortable. Rooftop bar was great, amazing views over the city! Complimentary drinks token was an additional nice touch.

Clean, really good location, size of room was ok for NY, rooms were cleaned daily. Queue for lift was good. We didn’t have to wait for long.

Nice rooms, not so big but comfortable, with coffee machine included + everyday free bottle of water. Nice breakfast if you stay 4-5 days, not much variety, but tasty. Staff ok, everyday room cleaning. 10mins walking to Times Square, with metro station very close by and lot of restaurants and bars. Pretty safe neighborhood for NY standards...

The location of the hotel was great! It is right in the heart of everything. My family and I felt very safe and secure staying at the Aliz Hotel.
